This coffee is delivered to the station by around 700 small producers. The majority of these family farms cultivate an average of 2 - 5 hectares in size located 1900 - 2100m above sea level. The people do an excellent job especially in processing coffee. The coffees are carefully washed, dried, and sorted out. In the highlands, the coffee has more time to grow and therefore more time to unfold different characters. Generally speaking, the coffee to be found here is amazingly fruity and has floral flavors with an outstanding rating!

Hadeso is a washing station located in the Guji region. In the last few years, coffee processed in this washing station is very highly rated. Basically 88+ scoring thanks to the excellent work of the locals. This coffee is one of them. A clean cup of green tea like coffee with papaya sweetness and lime fruitness.
Even now, when Ethiopian coffees are one of the most favorite all over Europe, it's not usual to see such high scoring (this one is 89), and truth be told, it's amazing! Despite the fact, that we don't consider scoring the most important aspect when searching for new coffees, this one really caught us!
