Perez family is growing coffee in the fourth generation. Their goal is to produce the best coffee in Guatemala and we can clearly see them going this way. They own five farms and grow on 120 hectares up to fifteen different varieties. The farms are located close to the Mexican border and to get there is not so easy but worth it! It is impressive how the Perez family around father Willy and his sons Daniel, Gerado, and Guellermo are able to maintain and improve their coffee quality every year. To do so they are not only focusing on the best processing methods and washing techniques but also on their seasonal harvesters and they are well being!
